I was born in November 1966 in Larissa Greece. I lived and worked in Denmark, Germany and Holland where I trained intensively in dance and theater with international masters while constantly creating and performing. I was accepted as an individual talent in Codarts University of the arts, for a Bachelor in 2 years instead of 4.
Since 2004 I am based in Greece, still travelling and collaborating in Europe. I am founder, artistic and managing director of the NGO OFF ART and the OPEN NIGHTS festival, collaborating with state and privet stakeholders. I perform, direct, choreograph productions and create visual art. I have an interest and long experience in Location performances. I teach contemporary dance for adults, coach and choreograph in summer schools and youth productions in Europe. I am also a Dance Movement Psychotherapist-researcher.

DANCE THERAPIST:
Since 2000 worked with groups, hosted by different initiatives, in Larissa, Athens, Thessaloniki, Volos and other cities in Greece.
I have been invited by the Ministry of Education (2007-2008) to present Dance-therapy to the “Lifelong learning” department, and to work with groups of teachers, focusing on the particularities of their profession.
I Worked as a Personal movement coach/ therapist (2004-2006) for professional performing artists (actors, singers, visual artists), in search of expanding their performance technique and creativity (Athens).
Since 2009, in cooperation with the Association of Cancer Patients of Larissa, organized dance therapy groups with patients and since 2015 initiated groups for volunteers who work with cancer patients.
Since my Master’s degree (2017-today), I work with different populations of medical patients and conduct research in collaboration with the University Psychiatric clinic of Larissa.
